Nose: Expressive nose of fresh red fruit such as plum, strawberries and cherries. Also chocolate, coffee and black pepper aromas.
Palate: Fresh attack and a medium structure with soft and round tannins. Spicy mouthfeel with fresh red fruit flavours and a long and juicy finish.
Service and Food Pairing: Serve at 16°C (60°F). The ideal companion for pastas with red sauces, marinated pork and grilled red meat well seasoned.
