Made w the organic & biodynamic grapes of our Villa Seca, Maipu vineyard, handpicked late in March & gone through a double hand selection (cluster & grape). Following its fermentation in stainless steel tanks, it rests for 18 months in French oak barrels, then 6 months in bottle. A full-bodied wine of intense deep ruby colour. Its nose gives aromas of mature blueberry, flowers & olives Its acidity is notable, its tannins sweet & its finish long & persistent
