Xynisteri 'Anatoli', Kyperounda, Cyprus

This is Xynisteri from the East side of the estate showing more fruity, tropical, light flavours - more akin to a light sauvignon blanc. The wine from the West 'Dysi' shows more minerals, body and finish to the wine.  Interesting to try side by side! Very limited production.
