Xynisteri 'Dysi', Kyperounda, Cyprus

This is Xynisteri from the West side of the estate showing more minerals, body and finish to the wine.  The wine from the East - shows more fruity, tropical, light flavours - more akin to a light sauvignon blanc. Interesting to try side by side! Very limited production.
