'Fior di Rosa' Bardolino Chiaretto is an 'extra dry' sparkling wine, meaning it actually has an edge over the Brut (the driest style).  The name recalls the sense of lightness and delicacy of the wine, the cream of rosé, which is expressed vividly in sparkling wine.  The wine has light pink colour, fine and persistent bubbles and expresses hints of red berries with subtle spicy notes
