Dafermou Single Vineyard Assyrtiko

The Greek variety Assyrtiko is largely planted in arid volcanic-ash-rich soil of Santorini and other Aegean islands. Often compared to Sauvignon Blanc, due to its citrus flavours, especially lemon, and high acidity it can age for 4-5 years and can be perfectly paired with sea food, soft cheese and light dishes.
